Establishment of Suginami Association for Cultural Exchange, General Incorporated Foundation
We, Suginami Association for Cultural Exchange, worked as an unincorporated association.
This time, we have launched its operation as General Incorporated Foundation to improve foreign residents supporting programs and strengthen the Association’s structure.

SACE created a logo on the occasion of setting up the General Incorporated Foundation.
The logo expresses Suginami’s “S”, “connection” in an unicursal line, “diversity” in four colors, and “happiness” in a four-leaf clover.
