Taking advantage of Suginami’s cultural characteristics, SACE aims to develop local communities by respecting various cultures and customs from other countries and communities, while nurturing exchanges unique to Suginami.
Additionally, we aim for the development of vibrant local society through the promotion of exchanges between friendship cities in Japan and abroad. |

SACE operates with three aims: “supporting foreign residents”, “promoting exchange between Suginami City and its domestic/foreign friendship cities” and “improving mutual understanding to create a multicultural symbiotic society”.
We will continue to develop cultural exchange in cooperation with Suginami City. |
