When you receive it, please fill out the application form, attach a copy of your ID and bank account information on the back and send them by the enclosed return envelope.

◆Who will get the benefit:
Those who are registered with the Basic Resident Registration System of Suginami City as of April 27, 2020
◆The amount of the benefit:
100,000yen per person
The benefit will be paid to the head of the household.
◆The deadline for accepting the application:
Monday, August 24, 2020 (must be postmarked by the date)
